Shipping Policy

Delivery Area  
We currently deliver to all cities across Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time  
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays, sales events, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges  
- Flat rate: Rs. 200 for all orders across Pakistan.

Couriers
We ship through trusted local courier partners like TCS, Leopard, and Call Courier to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS/email so you can track your parcel.

Address Details 
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Deliveries  
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or refusal, return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund issued.
